Safety and Surface Options

Planet Playgrounds wants your children to be as safe as possible while playing on and around your playground area. This can easily be accomplished by taking advantage of some of the safety and surface options we provide. A better surface can minimize the possibility of scraped knees and hard falls. 	Pour 'n' Play
	This formed rubber surface offers our best means of safety and versatility. Pour ‘n’ play meets the ADA guidelines and is permanent surface. Similar to a rubber asphalt you can easily mobilize a bicycle, stroller, or wheelchair. This surface is offered in several different colors to match your play area or building decor. PPG - 6501

Rubber Mulch

Our rubber mulch is sure to keep your playground area a much safer place. Imagine a surface that has the appearance of mulch but the consistency of rubber. Minimize accidents to your child’s knees and elbows. It is 100% metal free, contains virtually no nylon cord and comes with a Lifetime Warranty on the chips. This surfacing can be leveled with a yard rake and can be washed with a hose, drying in minutes.
